PARK UPDATE • JULY 2012

Miami Township Fiscal Officer Eric Ferry talks with Gary Knepp about the park benches that were dedicated by each of the Milford Exempted Village Schools. Then William B. Knepp and RJ Vilardo give us an update on the vision for the park, what has been done thus far and what needs done to complete the park.



On August 17, 2010 the Miami Township Board of Trustees moved to designate apporximately 8 acres containing a small pond located near the front of Miami Meadows Park on State Route 131 for the Spirit of '76 Memorial Gardens & Arboretum. (view Township letter)

It is important to note that this project is funded through private donations and there will be no tax dollars in the project.
